1/4 window re-installation

Please tell me how to install these things. I have no clue how to get them to sit right. Do you use a Butyl snake? How thick?

Thanks,

Herb

well aligning it is pretty easy. the front has a 6mm threaded stud that goes through a hole in the body, and the rear has a metal tab that sits over a screw hole.

you do need some window sealant, not sure how thick, although it is probably in the shop manual. failing that there are rubber weather strips on the window, and those should sit flush with the body
