Ports are roughed out and boxed for shipping to be lapped.

180-200 RWHP hopefully. The auxiliaries will be worked on a little more once I get the sleeve inserts from Pineapple Racing and I will have just about every bolt-on mod short of a turbo.

What are you doing for fuel delivery, carb or EFI? Ports are looking good.

These are the Blastin Custom templates. I pretty much made my own design. If there is some interest I will consider making templates of my design. I will be running the car on a dyno this spring so we shall find out how much power the ports are good for.

I will be using the S5 manifolds and Megasquirt. I am keeping the sleeve acutators and the VDI and using Megasquirt to control fuel, spark, aux ports, and the VDI.

Just put up some pictures of the exhaust ports. The ports were a bit bigger than I would have liked not to mention being uneven and poorly shaped but they were already done when I got the housings. The housings are otherwise in good shape and were free so I will make the ports work. The only thing I have done is to reshape one of the ports out and even it up. I have posted a couple of pictures. I will do the other one tomorrow. I also plan on polishing them both out nicely and putting a slightly larger bevel on the tops of the ports. Should make for a high RPM engine but will use up fuel quite a bit.
