I think no matter what you plan to do with it, $200 is a steal. You could part it out and make that back and plenty more, or spend a little bit of money and get it running.
I bought mine for $500 not running so this one looks pretty good, and I thought mine was a good deal.

It's been parked for 6 years, the paints beat, the rubber door seals are shot,the insides is pristine ! no body damage ! everything under the hood got sprayed by rusty water , so it looks bad. talked to the guy today.
i misunderstood him. it hasn't been registered since 1995. I think i'm going to get it,.,because his price came down.

No not yet. But real soon, the guy dropped the price down to $ 100.00 from $ 200.00. I'm going to buy it from him though. See i've got a yamaha RZ-350 that i would love to get back on the road, ( yellow kenny roberts)needs the whole engine that i can't find, and if i did find one it would be around two grand $$$$$ so i'm thinking of selling the bike (as is ) and then buy the -SE.
