I only had a 2.5 inch exhaust so I only got 186HP, with a 3inch it should have been up around 200HP but I sold the car before putting a larger exhaust on it.

You guys have some serious tuning issues to contend with. As I only have a 13B street port with a 48 IDA carb, 2.5" exhaust, stock ignition, elec fan, and yet I pulled 181 HP with 134.2 TQ as can be seen here: http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/ratedx...dx_7/my_photos

You guys are running Fuel Injection and/or bigger ports, and therefore should be squashing my numbers. You guys might want to refer back to engine builder for solutions, or find a knowledgable tuner to extract what your setup is capable of.

Hopefully this year I will finally get off my ***, refresh my motor (sitting for 2 years), and add my Car-Tech blow-thru turbo kit utilizing Weber IDF carbs and 3" exhaust.

-Rich

Yeah the bridgie needed to be re-tuned as that dyno run was just to make sure it was all running o.k after I had converted it to fuel injection.

I have since sold that car and it was involved in an accident shortly afterwards so its currently unlicenced and off the road.

OK guys here is mine.

Car is an 82 with a Jspec S-5 stock block. T2 tranny, I am running a FD power fc with a msd box on the leading plugs, plugs are 9's all around. Full 3 inch exhaust with one magnaflow. Fuel is RC 750 and 1000, Walbro inline 255 fuel pump, GSL SE gas tank and fuel lines. Aeromotive FPR Turbo is a stock S-5 with a hybrid compressor side. Wheel is a TO4B S trim fits inside the stock cover. Boost control is a Greddy Profec B. Medium Ebay FMIC, 2.5 piping, greddy elbow, modded T body, ACT aluminum flywheel, serpentine drive belts.

When I was running the stock S-5 ecu and a s-afc I hit 249 at 10 psi. Then I did the power fc conversion with the FD pfc. and luckily we had Steve Kan in the NW last month. So for $400 worth of tuning I got another 40 rwhp at the same boost. Torque was about 255. All glory be to Steve Kan. So heres the sheet.
thanks for looking.

Talking Just Got My First DynoTune!

013 RX7-Smurf..... 142.55 / 124.20 .| 82 | SA22C...| 13B.. | STREET .... | ASPIR | High-Compression, EFI, POD

Just got a worked High-Comp 13B dropped into my Gen1. After three weeks of driving her carefully I had it dynotuned by a top bloke and got 106.3KW. I have the print-out which I will scan and add here. Not sure how good the power is but boy does is she fun to drive.

The engine belonged to my mechanic, he had it in his clean as RX3 which he is now dropping down to stock. I got an awesome price for the engine and the fitting....I'd put a picture of my car but she looks like **** atm. Need a paint job and some work done on the bodykit.

If your in Adelaide and you see a White RX7 Gen1 with a GIANT rear spoiler, that's me!!! Oh and you can laugh at my mags like everyone I have met has done.

no offence but that is actually pretty low for a street ported 13 engine.

Me?

If you were referring to me, I think she has a non-stock exhaust but I couldn't tell you anymore than that....I'm the throw money at a mechanic kind of Rotor-Head.

I'll ask for the specs and get back to you.

436whp @ 6857rpm on 14psi, with a little boost creep.

Motor is a half bridge REW, with Cermet A housings running a 62-1 with a 1.0 A/R exhaust. You can tell from the HP peak the intercooler is a HUGE restriction. Support mods include Haltech E6X, all MSD gear (6AL/coils), 44mm wastegate, and HKS FD manifold.

Put me on the board!

Oh, and 321 ft/lbs of torque. Everything on pump gas. It's an '85 GSL-SE.

This was before I installed the wideband and got a good tune on the Weber. I was rich as hell @ the dyno so I'd expect I'd squeeze a little more out now.

117.5 hp, 113.1 tq on an '83 GS with 12A stock port, RB exhaust and Weber DCOE 45

Here is my set up. 440.2 RWHP and 355.3 RWTQ. Kan tuned 20psi of boost, SP REW/62-1 84 GSL. Very hot on the dyno. I think the car can pick up 10 or 15 hp just by the weather changing, but the turbo is close maxed with a street port.... My goal was around 425-450 RW nothing more, nothing less.

I've got to get in on this.

'82 Series 2 RX7. RX4 13b bridgeport, fuel injected. 2 x 2" straight through pipes into racing beat muffler. Microtech lt10s ecu.

Made 194hp at 8500rpm.

Dyno proof:

Keep watching this space for my 13bt...
