Why is the Archive suddenly empty?
Only like two threads in there now. Been that way for a couple of days now...

Change the Display Options at the bottom of the page from last 2 days to beginning. Everything will show up again. I guess its a result from the server refresh.

.... Then again, maybe that wasn't the problem. I didn't make any changes, but now everything is back....

Yep. There was a change in the default settings during the update. DKJ already went in and reset so that it will show all threads..or maybe someone stuck another dollar in your computer for ya.
