Where is Sam from respeed?

Hey Sam I'm not trying to put you on blast or anything, but you have a customer on the other site trying to get in touch with you but can't post a new thread due to not having enough posts here. He has called and emailed you so far.

Anyway, I am looking for you for a product change I see with the r&p kit. The rlca's are a bit h to adjust. I was thinking that if we cut it in the middle and put an adjuster there instead of at the lca it would elIminate the need to remove the entire suspension system to make minor adjustments. It might seem easy with a stock sway bar but with the upgraded sway bar it is literally a two hour job.

Anyway I can show pictures if you like. I just want to see you make the business grow and all.
Thanks
-shawn

I emailed them a while ago and it took a bit to hear back. But they did get back to me and apologized and answered my questions.

It's a one man operation so far. Everything from fab work, customer service and internet presence to shipping has to be done by Sam alone. I keep bugging him to get a cute receptionist to help out but he refuses for some reason. There's only so many hours in a day for him to do all that. I'm not making excuses for him, just trying to give everyone a context that is having a hard time getting through to him.

yeah I figured as much as well. When I ordered my parts half went through billy and the other through sam as they were switching hands at the time. originally I was going to send him my measurements so he can make a V8 version of the R&P kit but it was so much work to begin with I doubt he would have the time to make a second version of the kit. I am simply waiting on a response before I go get an alignment to see if he can actually make the RLCA's more adjustment friendly.

Oh, BTW, the front stance is amazing even with big *** 16" wheels on the car. just an example but on the middle adjustment for height on the R&P kit looks this good (see pic)
