Where to buy the best?

OE are "best", if that is the Q. WHERE to get these cheapest? If you are friendly with your local mazda parts dept, see if you can schmooze them for the "jobber" discount, the price they sell parts to the local repair shops for. Usually a 20% discount, plus there are no shipping costs. But figure 99% of parts will need to be ordered.
Just do your homework and have the PNs ready since the counter jockeys usually don't know anything about cars that existed prior to 2000...
I have bought a far amount of stuff from Mazdatrix in SoCal as well. Their website lists most of the common SA items still available and give a starting price of the item.

If least expensive seals of equivalent quality to OEM is "best", rockauto is selling a nice pair.
I bought these last month, they are very nice, fit well and they make a very good seal:
More Information for METRO LM107
1984 MAZDA RX-7 1.1L R2 Door Seal / Weatherstrip | RockAuto
and there are other vendors selling aftermarket seals, which may be where Mazda buys there's.
Try a search of this section for "door seals", there have been several posts with discussions on this topic over the last couple years.
PS, I just got this in an email from rockauto. I'm not planning to use it so if anybody wants to enter this discount code I think it's worth about 5%:
"Your RockAuto discount code 437126461827709 will expire on June 5, 2016.
If you or anyone you know is thinking of doing some vehicle repair, now's the time to order the parts!"
