Well that would be against the law so of course I haven't tried it, but Crit says it does. With the oil going straight into the intake manifold I imagine it works like doing the sea foam treatment:

That's real funny... seeing as usally we're trying to make these cars NOT make a smokescreen!

Use coconut oil; then you get a smoke screen AND it smells like movie popcorn!!!
(No, don't really do that)
