Waddya think? 17's on an FB

315/35ZR/17 tire

This rim and tire is intended for a 67 Camaro we're building....figured we'd stuff it under the FB to see what it looked like

And I kinda really like it

Oooh, nothing like old-style 5-spoke Kragars! I like that, gives it a nice muscle car look.

They are Amercian Racing Torq-thrust II's

Same wheels as we have on our 69 Camaro rag top

AR rims...I completely forgot the name of them from American Racing as those were always catching my eye years ago from AR.

Looks good, FYI it looks like the tires are facing the wrong direction.

Looks good. Hopefully you're not running a 12a though, since wheels that big will rob you of what little torque you already have haha

The car is an empty shell right now with the rear floor cut completely out of it, we just put the rims on a cart to see what they would look like.

Accoring to a tire calculator those rims with the tires should be 1.1% bigger than the stock + rims with tires

Although I agree with you on that statement, I will say the right combonation looks good. Come on you guys can't say Cam's car doesn't look sexy as ****? What about Notveryhappyjack's turbo FB? Those 17's look real good too. It's hard to pull off but it can look real good. I agree though 15's are perfect on the FB

I love the way Cam's car looks with the 17's.

Cam,
What are the widths and offsets on those wheels???
Are you running 235's all around or just in back??
