Thumbs up Video TII FB

Heres a video of my car on the dyno last week.
She did 305@12psi before Ray my tuner had to stop becaus of CAS problems
The haltech would drop the CAS signal in the middle of some of the runs.
Once thats fixed ill be getting the tune completed and up th eboost to 15-16psi

Thanks for looking!
Steve

Nice. Thought you'd like to know about the SE engine that I bought from you last year. It now resides in my 76 Cosmo with RB Dellorto and RB streetport exhaust. I installed it into the original buyer's GSLSE and he drove it for several months. Two trees jumped in front of him and took out the front end. To settle the bill I got the engine. My Cosmo just happened to need a transplant. Its running great.

That's the same power I made at the same psi on a dyno dynamic dyno I turned it up to 15psi for a year or so and popped it. The next one is going to either stay at 11-12psi with 92 or get e-85 and 17psi.

^I also would like to run E85 but in my area there are no close station. There are three about 60 miles away.

Nice, car is so quiet it's almost a sleeper. What do you have for an exhaust system?

It has a 3" down pipe to a 3" borla mid muffer to a 3" rear magnaflow.
The over the axle area is 3" crimped/crushed pipe and i think its hurting the flow some.
I'm going chage that section out for 3" mandrel bends so it flows better.

I like that it quiet too.

Question

Little update
I went to the track the other night and ran my car.
My best run was a 13.17@115 alot of tire spin in 1st, 2nd.
Heres my slip

Reaction .8292
60ft. 2.33
1/8et 8.77
1/8mph 89.34
1000et 11.18
1000mph none
1/4et 13.17
1/4mph 115.62

Had trouble getting traction so I took it easy coming off the line.
Need some better tires to really make the car hook up,
but im still running stock SE rear end so i'm worried about breaking it.

Is there any easy ways to beef up a SE rear end and run sticky tires???
Steve
