SA/FB Motor Mounts

Hi guys and gals, I am hoping someone else has already found what i am looking for as i am just striking out.
I need to replace the motor mounts in my Repu. The Mazda Competition set for the SA/FB is a direct fit but I can't find any installation info.
Any help you can offer is appreciated and wow does it feel good to post in this Club forum once again.

installation? its easy. support the engine from the bottom, loosen the bottom engine mount nuts. on the front remove the support thing from the front of the engine, and then you can just change the mounts on the bench. the mounts have a little bump to align them in the cross member, and just put the new mount back the same way. put support back on the engine, put the nuts on the bottom, and done.

you could also lift the engine a tad, and do one side at a time

So what exactly is your Q ?
You know they fit. Are you asking how to install? Confused!

As to use of competition versions, unless you are going to...compete? the REPU, you will likely find the these to be harder than stock ones = firmer contact btw engine and frame, less comfort, more noise, harshness...

Yes, I was just thinking about how to rephrase the question. They are supposed to be the best and far better than stock option for the Repu.

I guess my question is, what is the process of supporting the engine while swapping these out. I don't have a hoist, I do have the cross bar support but I would prefer not to use it.
Doing one at a time is how I would approach it. Just wonder where to jack it up from below.

Under Oil Pan with 2x4 to spread the load? Don't think it needs to go up much...

Other option would be to use an engine hoist to support the engine from the top.

bottle jack or the scissor jack in the 7, and piece of 2x4 that's as long as the pan is wide.

bellhousing of the transmission is usually good, the SA/FB is even flat there
