My buddy went to Japan with his family and I asked him, hey if you run into a 711 or something out there, grab me a "cool" rx7/rotary magazine! They are soo expensive here in the states and we usually get older one. He came back last week and brought me back this gem!

of course the mag has 2nd and 3rd gens and even RX8s. But being biased I mainly took pics of the 1st gens...therefore being able to post in our forum! Enjoy guys!

Awesome rally car! Thanks for posting those pics. That 42nd issue of RX7 Magazine is more of a collectors item than you may know. Apparently that's the last published issue if this post is true:

Guess they ran out of stories, advertising revenues and no new car to right about. I got my last issue with a note saying that I can have my money back for the remaining 4 issues I am owed and they are sending me a cheque, imagine that ....

But in the last issue they show a rendering of the expected 2010 rx7.
Apparently the rx8 isn't worth its own fulltime magazine, it had a few dedicated issues, but it never had '7 type following.
This last issue (no 42.) was really thin, not many advertisers as compared to the 2007/2006 issues..
Guess I am down to hyperrev rx7 and rotary magazine now.
They are pretty expensive mags to print, they are more like book quality than mags.

WOW! I better take care of it! that is great info. Sad for the magazine but I guess I lucked out getting this mag!
