you posted it in the wrong section...most FB/SA boys wont know **** about them. I love RX-3s but its not smog exempt in Cali (1975 and below), it aint worth keeping.

true! my friend has one he wants me to rebuild. i know nothing!

and you may be right, his is a 76, which is 1 of 200ish imported to the US, but in CA you STILL have to smog it. which is just f-ed up!

if CA was a good place to live, they should actually REQUIRE a big bridge or PP in an rx3.....

I agree with you, when I saw this on craigs at first I couldn't believe there were any RX3's, and let alone an SP, so this to me was exciting.

they are rare here too! you name the cool car and its littered all over the place here, but you NEVER see an rx3 on the street.

you name it, SLR's gullwings, ferrari's, maclarens, teslas (they are literally right up the street), etc etc, the rx3 is much much rarer...

I would prefer a perfectly done RX3 over most of the cars too.

old pix

I got tired of bi-annual smog so I went hardcore with old school RX.

pix of my RX-3 collection

on-going project...I lack the motivation to finish (just need to add fluid and re-wire the ignition)

Bros former 3-rotor RX-3 SP

Wacky, why havent you ever shared these pics with us before?

That 3 rotor was a thing of beauty, I remember you laying the challenge down, "I will line up against any V8 LS1 out here." Classic

Very, very cool car. I can't say that I have ever seen one in person. It reminds me a lot of a Datsun 510. Looks deceptive, not something you see on every street corner, a face only a car nut could love. I must say, I think I'm actually loving this car the more I look at it (RX-3's in general, not the car for sale neccesarily).
