Another Craigslist treasure! Weird but cool project for a grand, I'd check it out if I was there.





Here is a Nice Sports Car with Removable Hardtop............ Needs interior installed......have newly recovered dash, seat covers, carpet, etc................. Has a Mazda RX7 Rotary engine (think its a 1985) with a 5 speed manual transmission...The engine install is documented on the body by DMV, probably because at the time of swap, they still required smog....NO SMOG requirements now though........The engine bay is not hacked up so if you want to put the high maintenence original Lotus engine in, you could...............Engine is good and can be started for you........I havent driven it...........got it like this.......... It ran and drove fine, but previous owner started restoring interior.....driver and passenger floor pans fiberglassed......no other rust issues...... Clean body..........No rips on vinyl covered hard top............I havent done anything except keep it in dry storage for last year.........a month ago I ran engine...........Good tires, has original wheels.........Paint looks original......hood has typical cracks underneath, but dont show when hood is closed.... No dents in body.......I just need some cash to pay for bills, so Im sellin it.... Easy to finish and nothing to buy. All glass is good......I HAVE TITLE AND CAR IS ON NON-OP WITH DMV SO NO BACK FEES DUE......It must be towed away...
