R.I.P another rx-7 off to the scrap heap

Part's car i picked up Friday sacrificed it life to help breath life into my good car. I'll have left overs list in buy sell section soon.

How did you get that rear quarter panel window out? I tried everything and couldn't break the seal.

My guess is that he used a hammer. Looks smashed in the pic.

I used a putty knife and a rubber mallot igot the entire top of the window free a quater of the bottom and front side then pried a little to hard and it shattered so i guess i'll have to scrap the tint off my windows

Unfortunately I got rid of two this year.

I purchased the damaged Silver S2 (FB) as a donor for the Gold S1 rolling shell. In my spare time over a 12 month period I transferred most of in to the Gold car which was meant to be a second track car for my nephew.

He moved back interstate and I secured the black S2 with a full cage welded in for a very reasonable price, so even though I had only ever driven the gold S1 up and down the rear lane once, I transferred it all into the Black car which is now my race car.

As much as I hate seeing old RX7's go to the crusher, there still seems to be an abundance of them here... Let's hope they come back as RX8's
