Second question, ever since i deleted my rats nest my car has been getting worse and worse with flooding, and im stuck right now. I was looking around and found that I had the choke and gas pedal connected but not a third line, which sounded to be electric, will include photo, can anyone tell me/ explain what that connects too?

 

Also, not my car, just using as example, since i couldnt find a damned other picture with this part, which leads me to believe its useless.

 

The circled item is the hot start assist motor. Its not really needed especially if you have no rats nest.
