Billy I'll pull that strut rod stuff before SP-I goes to the crusher and bring them to the December OGTA.

Chris, I have a front strut assembly you can have that came from the Tan One (either side or both). You should have mentioned this during the rebuild!

I'll get a photo up of SP-I when the rain let's up, she's seen better days but she still has her dignity.

Does it have the brake disc on it too? If not I'd have to replace the same parts. I am really interested in it. The front bearing is getting worse and worse and has reached a point where ti sends vibrations up through the steering system on the highway.

Yeah Billy, I told Ray you wanted something, but the voicemail was unclear(like static), I called you when I was up at Ray's the last time I went for clarity on what you needed, and you never answered or called me back so I forgot, but I did tell Ray you wanted me to pull somehting.

I wasn't able to locate the pair of front struts from the Tan One, but they must be around here someplace, I'll look a little better when the rain stops. Good news is I stumbled onto two sets of front control rods, so Billy is covered even if the rain never ends and I don't get a chance to pull those parts from SP-I before she floats away.

In any event, you can have the front rotors and bearings from the White One, I can replace those parts new if I ever need to do strut work. I'll bring the rotors to the Dec. OGTA, along with your Pioneers.

Let's see your photo updates of SP-II!

Here's one last photo of Sexy Pants I, transitioning to that Great Rotary Place in the sky

no, keep her alive. Cut it in half behind the doors and make it into a trailer. Then she will always be with you and there to help when ever. If I'd had known I would have grabbed it yesterday when I was at billy's house. I want to build a trailer and have a place to haul tools, cooler of beer, and other things you always need.

see pic below.

remember to pull the windshield trim as several fb's are rolling around with those missing. Also might be good idea to pop out windshield for a spare later.

The rains quit so I took one more pic of Sexy Pants I:

Chad, have you ever taken one of those friggin' windshields out? I claim it's impossible, they are glued in forever. But I'll get the trim.

Ray, its all about having the right tool! With the right tool anything can be done.
You could cut the roof a few inches behind the windshield, then cut the a pillars very low and with a little heat the glue will pull away.
I say the olds guys club still needs a trailer as in the pics but one with a lower stance.

Chris, are your front struts big-bearing or small-bearing?

Then you'll want to be careful what you borrow from Ray. All his spares are Series 3, from what I understand.

Yeah, I kept that in mind when I said it. I'd have to buy parts for one year for one side, and parts for another year on the other haha.
