You are sharp as a tack Ray. Interesting research, not much slips by you I bet. Above pics look like the beginnings of some nasty rust spots in tornado gray metallic.

Naw, I just teach microbiology to pharmacy students. The photo is from my lecture notes, it shows the three polymorphic forms that Naegleria fowleri can take; (a) is an ameba, the form that exists in humans, (b) is the flagellated form it takes in water and (c) is a cyst.
Does look like rust on Tornado Gray, now that you mention it.

Terrified.
My name used to be Normality_Glitch, I've been around for a while. I did the name change due to the fact that apparently I've gained the reputation of picking apart people mentally, and making them evaluate their standings in life drastically, or killing their brain. Naegleria Fowleri seems like a suitable name considering how the amoeba kills people by eating their brain.

I think that you mean to say "I think you're on something"
Looks good, Ray, but I think you need to stop adding Seafoam to your coffee. It's giving you crazy ideas.
One of these days we might actually get Ray to sport a real turbo. It'll take awhile, but he is turning into quite a hot rodder. First 2GCDFIS and now a nice RB system.

Now this has possibilities. I was looking around for one of those but the old metal ones are getting hard to find.
Jeff I'll send you a fan clutch anytime.

-Naegleria Fowleri
I like your style Naegleria. Just one thing, "Fowleri" should be spelled with a small "f" - "Naegleria fowleri". The genus name is capitalized, the species name is not. And the whole thing should either be in italics or underlined, but I haven't figured out how to do that within the font restrictions on this site. Am I infecting your brain yet??
OK Kent, I'll bite. Why should I put a real turbo in my GSL? It's already faster than hell, 100% reliable and pure unadulterated fun. Will I get better gas mileage?
And yeah, the old brain might not have been 100% when I took that picture, I'd been cleaning out the shed all afternoon and maybe inhaled a few too many Naegleria fowleri cysts and they were starting to hatch out. Plus a few beers.

We've moved on from then, and we now use ball bearing turbo's, and variable turbine technology .. i don't think lag is the real issue but if you want the better deal AND keep your good exhaust (just like how i love my SDJ headers so much) you get the rotrex supercharger! Give me about a year or so and i'll have one under my hood. 98% efficient too, as there are no internal gears it goes on rollers and a special fluid.
