Dave,
Just give him $100 for the 14" 4 X 110 wheels. Like Pele said. The only other thing special about the 83 LE is the badges and paint.

If the OP is going back to that Cosmo grave yard. I need a joystick control for one of the the electric mirrors on my Cosmo.
I might want a few body panels if you weren't 3000 miles away.

Hey CodeBlue can you email me your name and location as well as photos four and five so I can submit them to our editor for "ran when parked" in Classic?

greg@grassrootsmotorsports.com

Thanks,

Greg

Those wheels are going to be 4 X 120mm. Only fit if you have a Cosmo. Here's my "Butt Ugly" car. Don't think they are stock. I've seen them on small PUs from the 70s.

It is a great car. I was just quoting an earlier comment by someone on this thread. Lots of things were introduced on the Cosmo that ended up on the RX-7s later. What everyone loves is that the little rear side widows roll down. My kids used to love them. They could lean forward in the back seat to wave at their adoring fans. Just like a Limo. I was, of course, the chauffeur. Now that they are 19 they wouldn't be caught dead in the "old" car. Enjoy them while they're young.

I would like to save one of the cosmos, It would make a good project. god knows theirs enough parts.
I would really have to sweet talk the owner though.

Both my girls are in there 20's and they would drive the **** out of one.
Just because it has a rotary engine in it. Theirs 4 of use in our family and we all drive modified 1st gens.
And yeah they do grow up fast.

My son drives the black 84 GSL. Rebuilt 12A SP, RB SP exhaust, MSD direct fire, electric fan, black 14" LE wheels.....
I told him we should see which car is faster. He said "we can't race on the street". Thank God he listens to some things I tell him. I said he could just get on the Interstate behind me and see if he could keep up. He hasn't taken me up on it yet. I think he knows which car is faster. He thinks we should race on foot. He plays baseball and runs a 6.7 60, so I don't have a prayer without the car.
