does anyone know if the racing beat 12a to 13b motor mount adapters will work with a 13b-msp?

No. That is for mounting either a GSL-SE engine or later 13B with an SE front cover and oil pan in a 12A car. The mounting for the 12A is something like 10mm forward compared to the SE and to use a 13B in a 12A car, you can either slot a 12A front engine mount section, replace it with the unit you are asking about or install a GSL-SE lower crossmember in place of the original.

I do not believe that an SE front cover and coil pan will work with a Renesis.
