I just bought a 79 SA 1 owner it sat for 15 year but i already got it running. i was thinking since i already have a turbo SA maybe i leave this one completely stock. i already took car to bodyshop to get painted.

Congrauts, unmolested cars are getting scarcer all the time. Did it fire with the old gas from the tank? After siting for so long all kinds of gremlins normaly take up residence. A plain stock car may be a nice alternative to your turbo version. One for show and one for go. How's the spare, is it the OEM original tire?

 

i replace fuel pump and filter and remove old gas also the water pump was seized and the oil cooler and rad started leaking after warming up. i have to basically replace every rubber hose. the spare is the oem tire

 

Nice car. Are you repainting it white? That color SA/FB is really starting to grow on me.
