i was looking too, and it wasn't easy to find, and or there are a lot of threads that aren't the one.
so its pretty simple, loosen the 14mm nut, and back the flat head adjuster out. next loosen the giant jamb nut, and while you're turning the wheels tighten that big thing (its a nut on top of a tapered bearing), when steering effort changes, stop/ tighten the flat head adjuster, and then all the jamb nuts.
there is another adjustment on the column side, but i've never messed with it, hard to get a tool on it.
the factory shop manual is actually ok too
