This is a relist. After 49 bids and a final price of $14,700, the reserve was STILL not met!

Yes, that was kind of surprising, compared to what we are used to. But when you look at some other period cars, ours are undervalued in my opinion. A fourm member here posted awhile back that he used to own this car. It certainly looks like an exceptional car, worth the high end of what a 1st gen would go for.

Lately, it seems more owners are asking more for their gems, but so far, very few buyers are agreeing to those opinions/values.

Very, VERY Nice. I would pay 7k for it. 14K is close to what they cost back in 1985.

Only 3 REAL Options with that car.

  1. 100% stock,
  2. Original Cartech GSL-SE Turbo kit
  3. Stealth Turbo Kit in which all the components are hidden
(Small turbo, Haltech F-10, modify stock airbox to keep everything hidden)

I agree with keeping it stock. BUT do we really buy these cars to put up and never drive? I don't know about you, but that's not why I bought mine.......... I like driving it way to much

BTW. Here is a very handy tool when looking for our car values http://www.nadaguides.com/Classic-Ca...-GSL-SE/Values

Beautiful ride. Yeah, that's at least the second time that beauty has been up on eBay. There was a forum member on here that had those pictures, I'm pretty sure he was on here for a while...

Saw this a while back too...it is gorgeous. I would keep it completely stock. It would have to come out and play once a week until I die!
