I acquired a free 12a and im wondering this is total junk or usable at all. Where the groove runs up the center of the housing you cannot feel it with a fingernail, some chrome flaking, rusty bit in the section is where water pooled but comes off rubbing it.

 

not the greatest thing i've ever seen, but it has chrome on it, so its good
