Jspec throttle cable usable?

Im doing a T2 swap on my sport, and i read that I need a throttle cable off a TII... and I have a jspec front clip and was wondering if that would work, or will I have to get one out of an american rx7?

The J-spec cable is too short because it comes from the right hand side of the vehicle in Japan. You will need a American cable because it wraps all the way around to pull the throttle in a opposite direction than the N/A rx-7 does. Hope that helps, oh yeah a brand new cable from mazda cost around $40 dollars, so I'd just buy a shiny new one!
