Wow. If I was there, I'd buy that.

Persimmon Red is my favorite red. I think I'm gonna repaint my car that color.

She is a beaut - and I am no fan of those-oh-too-complex SEs. $4900 is fair market for a car like that these days guys, in fact, a bit low in that condition, but allows for economy in the toilet these days.
VERY nicely presented. If it drives like it looks it is a good deal IMHO.

Price is probably up due to it being at a specialty dealership, rather than private party...

They do seem to have some math problems, though - - notice this part near the end:

Purchase this vehicle for only $1,500 a month for 36 months with down!
Uhm... that's $54,000 dollars. Plus down payment.

The left rear quarter has been repainted, you can tell by the tow hook next to the muffler. The wheel well lips are covered probably to hide chips and rust, along with the back edge of the door panels. The interior looks alright but the back is fading some. The molding around the middle plate in the rear is popping out a bit. The bottom of the rockers are all pushed in, could be issues there. Also theres no underneath shots at all.

This thing has been detailed by a pro and unless you see it in person before buying your probably not getting a good deal. If it was in as good a shape as it appears then they could get a lot more than $4,900.00 for it.

The exterior black metal trim seems a lot shinier than it ought to be; siliconed?

Are the stock power mirrors for that year supposed to be glossy black like that? Or flat black? Or body-color... didn't the mirrors go body-color at one point on the FBs?

Car is very nicely detailed and appears well kept. Mirrors are always matte black, not glossy like those. Anyone notice the CA plates. May be an idication it failed emmissions there so it went to auction out of state. I had one like that but it had a salvage tittle due to emmissions.

I've never understood why Mazda never did the gray interior in leather. Couldn't find any gray cows?
