How do you remove rear louvre hardware?

I took the nuts and the clips off. I think there is some sort of adhesive to the hardware that connects it to the glass. I took a flathead and tried to nudge it off, but it didn’t budge..

Try a guitar string and floss it between the mount and glass

Using a heat gun or hair dryer to soften it before using Richard's tip may help too.

Looks like the top one might be attached to the upper hinge. Did you take the upper hinge cover off?

For the bottom one, did you take that big struct bolt out?

If I remember right, there's a flange edge that clamps the underside of the glass, so prying is going to break the hatch glass. That flange clamp was used to locate the hinge and gate latches at the bottom during install so they'd be the right distance from the glass edge. A razor blade should slice through the dried up adhesive, but lift the hatch glass up to see what else might be holding it.

And if you don't play guitar, try dental floss. If you saw it back and forth, it's works well to remove badges.

Fishing line also works.
It should be double sided tape between the bracket and the glass.
