Hey look in here FB

Hey guys so im about to buy an 84 FB in a matter of hours, 33k miles, and it needs a re-done interior, i will post pictures soon, i need weatherstrips, carpets, and some other things, the rotary is as smooooth as butter, how much would rx7club pay for an FB under 40k original miles, new interior, bone stock engine, 5sp manual tranny, and some extras like maybe shock absorbers for a nice smoooth ride. we're planning on fixing this up and selling it later on, just the interior though, what do you guys think? or

The car does not have 33k on it if the carpet and interior need to be redone.:-)

You are asking the wrong people about how much would they be willing to buy it for.
Do your homework please and check Ebay, autotrader, craigslist and our site to see what a similar condition car would sell for and that would be your guideline.

There is also another publication called old car trader that would give you some insight.

Yeah, a lot of the folks here prefer their cars arriving "rustic," so they have more fun working on them.

Lets put it this way, you fix it up and try selling it and I bet you won't make money, in fact you'll lose some. These cars aren't collectible or rising in value much.

If you want an FD, keep saving your money as they will continue to fall in price.
