GSLSE Clarion Tape Deck Belt Configuration

Most people have probably ditched the factory Clarion for a newer deck, but I’m keeping this 73k original mile GSLSE original and would like to get this tape deck working.

I was wondering if anyone has an image or diagram for how the belt is supposed to go on the pulleys within the tape deck. I bought an assortment of replacement belts and put one on. Unfortunately, the original belt had disintegrated but it looks like there’s only one way to put this thing on. Just hoping to fact check myself here.

Its Funny that you started this thread about your Cassette Unit not working because mine was not working in my 84 SE and like you WANT to keep the OEM stock look ...So i was lucky enough to find 2 Used Cassette Units from a guy out in California and he sent them to me BUT did tell me that one of the two he sent me was working but forgot which one .....So now i have a working unit and a spare parts one .....I opened my original one up and the one that didn't work and took pictures of the belt configuration on both (photo attached) and they both went the same way BUT not sure if its correct since i did not open my WORKING one too see if it went the same way like the nonworking ones ....I would also make sure to check the 3amp fuse #GMA 3A (photo attached ) and make sure its not blown ..Hope This Helps ! Let us Know ....
