The auction site's page shows a few more photos of the interior, which made me take another look at the FIA pages. I found it interesting that the rear suspension kept the Watt's linkage in roughly the same spot, and they just made the links parallel:

found two items,
first is the GSL-SE -> Group B Homologation Papers https://historicdb.fia.com/sites/def...55_group_b.pdf
second is information about the brakes. its confusing, but there are 3 brake systems (they list the calipers by master cylinder size?). they appear to not have homologated the system in the competition book, which is odd, although that system seems like its similar to the AR4 Girling setup
1. the GSL-SE system.
2. a system using Girling AR4 type calipers. these appear to be quite common on open wheel race cars of the era, expensive, but they look easy to get. uses a 266mm x 20.6mm brake rotor
3. uses Girling AR5 calipers. this is a 4 piston caliper. 42mm in the front, 38mm in the rear. rotors are 304x28mm Front and 297x28mm in the rear. these look expensive and hard to find.
