GA Fix broken intake tabs?

Long story short 2 ears on my Racing Beat are broke ,not by me.Beside welding what other things can i try to put them back together.Welding is 60.00 per hour.

What exactly are we talking about here? Where top of the manifold where the carb studs thread in? Picture would help.

I've seen busted intake manifolds successfully repaired with JB Weld. Prepare the surfaces properly and it should work fine.

Tig welding is the only way to go. Shouldn't take more than 15-30 minutes to weld the ears back on. Don't be so cheap, do it right.

^^agreed. tig welding is the ONLY way to go, hands down. follow the torque rating for the nuts and bolts on the intake to ensure that the intake does not crack next time.
