electricity problem?? HELPP
just installed my electric fan....did a regular battery and ground connect...but now when i shut my car off...the rpm goes to 1500 and as it slowly comes back down it makes the rev buzzer sound...wtf? anyone know whats upp?
Just be glad it's not an MGB, there's no such thing as electrical problems after you've owned a B.
Anyway, as far as the efan goes, I'd recommend picking up a stock clutch fan for $10-15. Much more simple, much more reliable and it's not electrical, which will probably fix all your current problems.

if you hooked it right to the battery how do you turn it off and on, did you use a switch ?
If you hook it to the hot side of the coil, it will come on when you turn the key to the on position.
