Thanks guys.the more i drive the more issues seem to surface .
1 Headlights are stuck up. Im thiking fuse.
2 Hi beams only work if i hold the lever towards me. Combo has bad contact ?
3 gauge cluster lights went out .fuse/dimmer related?
4 under decel i get a weird problem like 1 rotor runs usally 5 sec deal. Thinking its ignition related coils/ignitor barely hanging on.
5 shifter is really lose its anoying vibration.is there a bushing or somthing.
6sometimes its hard to put in gear "no grinding" . Trans needs new fluid maybe hydralics bleed to will help

1) Check the "up" switch on the console, too; make sure it's not on.

2) More likely the combo switch needs disassembly and cleaning; the little ratchet gizmo that controls holding the high-beams on until next pull may be gummed up or damaged.

3) Dimmer, dimmer connector both candidates as well as fuse. The dash-lights 10A fuse looks to be shared with the 'down' function for the headlights, so that might be a hint. Remember that a blown fuse isn't a problem - it's a symptom of a problem; something blew the fuse.

5) There's a nylon bushing at the bottom end of the shift lever. Could be your issue. Cheap, but a bit of work to get to.

thanks DivinDriver,j9fd3s for the advice..

i found that the tail illum fuse 10a was blown which seems to power dash and head light down function replaced it but only to fail 3hrs later so ill have to find the cause,,

jeff i don't see how i couldnt get that out of what u wrote. You stated my deaccelerate "issue" was normal and was caused by the shudder valve. I further questioned if it would still do it at idel and if that was normal. anyhow ill look in the manual as to what the shudder valve does and aslo look into testing my tps.

im enjoying the **** out of the car did a mpg calculation im getting 25mpg with some rape driving and hiway.

Here's what I did. I used stock 2nd Gen oil cooler lines, had new hoses put on the bungs and had them add I think 12 inches to one line and that's how I got it around the cooler in front and bolted to the top. "No problem"
