The rules seem a little confusing on registering an older car. It states it must be registered as an "antique" in order to bypass inspections. If you don't register it as an antique do you need an inspection? Antiques here in NC seem to have additional requirements driving limitations etc which I'd like to avoid. I'm really wanting to add a header and delete the cat, air pump etc. if this is not the right area, I apologize in advance. Thanks
