I don't blaim all you guys for not reading my post, it's kind of long winded. I'd loose money by suing them. $1000 to a lawyor and maybe i'll see $10 in 5 years....

I would honestly wait until that kid was 18 then beat his ***. I have anger issues and such but it would feel great...

nah,

you don't have anger issues..... I have anger issues and in an effort to remain in the unbanned, non pwned category, I will leave you to your own devices as to what I would have done....but regardless beating his *** would just be the start and it would not have been pleasent

Me and my .308 are for hire....we never miss and our fees are negotiable.

Damn bro, I don't know what I'd do if that happened to me. Funny how it is always the people that don't have a penny to their name or insurance that **** everyone else's **** up. And to try and sue a person like this is useless as even if you did win 30k, just where the hell is that 30k going to come from if they don't have ****?! Food stamps?!

But in reverse, if they had money, you could sue them and win and you would get paid unlike the real situation where they basically get off free, so it just shows you yet another reason to be lazy and worthless in this country because in the end it usually pays off to be a piece of ****.

Beatings should count towards a dollar amount in this country to offset situations like this.

You should now own that kid. He should live in your basement and work off the debt at a reasonable rate.

Of course, if either of his parents felt any responsibility for his actions, then one of them should take his place voluntarily...

There, I said it. And I even have kids!

this is where it becomes handy to have a nine year old son beat the crap out of their 8 year old. Fight minors with minors.

did you have absolutely no insurance on your car, or did you have comprehensive insurance? If you have comp. insurance, they should pay for the entire declared/appraised value of your vehicle. If you didn't have it appraised, show them all the recipts from the car, motor, trans, lsd, interior, etc. etc. etc. (all the parts you bought) and they should have to pay for the replacement value

I was pretty much tackeled by a fireighter. When I first saw the fire, I was in shock. I couldn't believe it. I started to walk to my garage. evedently, they were yelling at me. It didn't register though. I got about 1- feet from my garage and the firefighter tackeled me. It's funny to laugh about but kind sad at the sametime.

Gee...my car is my baby, too. I just can't imagine but I know how you feel about the sueing issue. I lost a car due to someone else's negligence once and I couldn't sue, either. That was when I put the RX7 on the road the first time. in 1996. I just put in another motor and tranny and I have loads of spares for 82-84. It's mostly stuff like under filter oil coolers, clutch cylinders, etc. I have 4 motors and most of them had stuff on them...it's all stock, though. I don't jazz up my car. I'm trying to keep it stock because it will be my son's car soon and I don't think he needs all that just yet;> Have a cousin stationed in Omaha and he comes down a couple of times a year. May could send some stuff back with him if you are interested in any stock parts. Let me know...he should be here next month...
