1983 RX7 FB Project advice

Hello guys.

Figured this would be the best place to ask , so here goes .
1) Hwo to contact in the EU (Nearest to Croatia) for rotary engine rebuilds ? The 12A in my 83 is toast (rotor housings are chipped , so currently the engine is a paperweight)
2) As this is a restomod project , engine swaps (either to a 13B or even non-rotary engines ) are not out of question , especially if the rotary ends up being too expensive to rebuild , what would be the best route ?

End goals are that the car is streetable , with enough punch to attend local hillclimbs (250-300hp) .

Thanks in advance.

Hi, I think in Greece or Italy you might be able to find people with experience in rebuilding rotaries.
I live in France, I know a couple of companies near Lyon that have enough experience to do it, but it is about 10 hours drive from Croatia, and that is if you are in Istria. Never driven that far to Split, so it might be even more.
They might be able to source the housing, but it is unlikely as it quite rare now.

They might have a SA/FB part stash.

Does mostly FDs and RX-8 but should be able to work on 12A.
