1979 RX7 Value

New to this forum and excited to be apart of it. Does anyone have a general idea on what a realistic resale value is for a 1979 RX7 in good/fair condition for its age?
Looking to part ways with it at currently 110,000 miles.
No clue where to begin selling this and looking to post in the marketplace here as well. Avoiding craigslist and FB marketplace if possible.
Thanks in advance.

wrong section. some research will help as to what others are selling for, but in reality, it's whatever someone is willing to pay for it. worst part i see is the aftermarket sunroof. check bringatrailer.com. can list it on this site in the marketplace.

I went ahead and moved the thread into the 1st Gen General section. I think we can chime in here and give you a hand.

The biggest thing we need to discuss is how much rust is under the car. The typical places are the rear lower control arm mounts and the rear inner wheel wells. The front wheel wells can rust, as can the rocke panels. We will need to know its operating condition, any replacement parts recently or anything that needs addressed mechanically or cosmetically. Do you know any of the car's history? I figure that will give us a good start.

Prices can vary greatly depending on milage and condition. Bring a Trailer has been a place that gets a lot of eyeballs and attracts top money for the right cars. Its not free and takes a bit of effort to generate a "decent" listing. Haggery's and Hemmings also offer a few different options to interactively list classic cars for sale. Normally, the more educated buyers browse these sources, so it helps to know something about what you are selling.

With just one pic, 110K miles and your brief description, its hard to provide an accurate value. It would be nice to see some interior and under hood, under car pictures.
