Am looking at a rx7 the owner of this car really knows noting of the car and I was wondering is there anybody in Pasadena tx that I can take the car to and get checked by if it is a good or not.

Car has not moved in a while twin turbo what he says it has

I have taken time to learn about the rx7 but anywhere I can take the rx7 and get like a second opinion on the condition and how much I should be looking to spend to get in a good tuning condition 1 rx7
