LOL, love the license plate. posted mine some time ago in this thread. when i get a chance i'll go back thru and find them. time has taken it's toll especially on the dash. curling up from the windshield back and split right in the center of the hump over the cluster.
Two FBs and an SA at the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Asian Car Show in July. Mine is on the left. The sky wasn't quite that dramatic, but I like it. I bought my car new in February '84.
Nice ride! I have a drivers front fender in that color, sadly from one that was in the wrecking yard years ago. First time I’d seen that blue.
Also, I guess I can cross that plate number off of my list of possible custom plates, lol.
Clean build! Always liked Daytona Blue, I think it's about the rarest 1st year color. Looks great with the optional and rare keyhole rims too.
Thanks, The first RX7 we owned was a 79 in Sonic Bronze, I let it go when garage space was at a premium and really regretted that decision. Found this one and we really like the blue. The original owner kept it in good shape, it has been resprayed but is doing well so far.

Hopefully I will not need a fender but I cringe every time I get out on the road here in Houston. I was out of town on 7/7 this year and really wanted to go to the meet in Austin so I've blocked that out for next year. It seems Austin and DFW areas have a lot more activity for RX7 meets.
