All original paperwork, window sticker, manuals, all service records, lovin' the SA

 

Here's my 85 that I unknowingly converted to a holley setup(major flooding issues post carb rebuild, post setting of floats, post new fuel bowl, post smaller jets, post carburetor tunning book...lol..lol..... ). It's a labor of love, I haven't been able to drive it in months and I'm having withdrawls.

Future plans include Snyper wheels I'm currently wet sanding and polishing(OUCH!!! on these 36 yr old fingers). Someday I'd love to have a REW swap but with a baby on the way and a wife that can't seem to understand my obsession with a car that was cool when we were 15, I probably won't be seeing that anytime soon. Turbo brakes and calipers along with a mustang 8.8 rear round out the wish list..........................Doesn't cost anything to dream right?

Heres mine, 82 gsl, carbon fiber hood, R1 seats, S-5 turbo swap running a power fc, lots of goodies in the suspension, greddy profec b boost controller, yada yada, just love to autocross the **** out of it.. Just waiting on my big brake kit from REspeed, and bumping up to 17's.

I just picked this car up - its 1985 Mazda Rx-7 GSL with the 12A engine, 5spd gearbox, lsd rear end and four wheel disc brakes. Interior needs some cleaning. Aftermarket exhaust is reasonably loud and a light flywheel (I'd rather have the stock one since this is my commuter car but whatever).

My old seats were really bad...I came up with these and it works out because the interior is going to be grey. I painted the front spoiler red because i was trying a paint color out. One of the pics was the day I towed it home.lol
