they look like housings you can buy to use the H4 bulbs in. i had a set on one of my cars and took them off...light dispersion was less than stellar. i went back to the cool blue for the GSL and sylvania silverstars for the GSL-SE.

Here a couple I took today.the glare is pretty bad,but I thought it loooked good outside around all the leaves(I know I need to clean them up).Enjoy.
