I bought slotted rotors for Carmen.
Unfortunately I trusted RX-7 Specialties in Calgary when I bought them and didn't open the boxes until I was back in Saskatoon and ready to put them on the car, several months later. Only then did I discover that they sold me 3 GSL-SE rotors and 1 2nd gen, 5 bolt rotor. I called Adam a week ago and pointed out that he sold me something other than what I'd paid him for, but according to him it's not his problem.
So I'll be running slotted rotors on the front and stock on the rear, and sitting on 2 not inexpensive but mis-matched and therefore totally useless slotted rear rotors in my closet.

On the other hand, I bought a local parts house's entire stock of RX3 rotors for $13 apiece when they were going out of business about ten years ago.
Got 7 of 'em, all Brembo, all marked "Made in Italy".

Just to take this further off track, that buy reminds me of a guy that made Car Craft about two decades back. He was a Mopar nut and started buying all the inventory he could related to Hemi......this is before the first speculation wave pushed 'Cudas into the high 5 digit realm. It was a 4 page article and he had reams of stuff just stacked everywhere in his garage....spare heads, blocks, factory dipsticks, oil filters, plug boots and wires, etc.....like 5 to 6 of all of everything.......God, he must be sitting on a fortune now....

In the beggining, it was useful and informative, then got a little off track. It ended up getting totally rediculous. Funny, but still rediculous.
