hello,

today, i finished the single turbo install and started up the car with out ic pluming connected to turbo. car started right up but it idles at 1000rpm even when it is cold. Will the cold idle bump up when i connect IC pluming? I have made lots of change and not sure what could be the problem.

list of mods
1. single turbo kit.
2. fuel system
3. PFC
4. everything blocked off except wax warmup and cold idle motor.

don't try to set idle until all plumbing is connected.

 

Will it idle low without pluming? I'm not going to set the idle now, just wanted to know if it is normal for rx7 to cold start and idle at 1000rpm. before it would bump around 1400 and come down to 800 or so with complete pluming. now without the pluming it idles around 1000 when it is cold.
