Sorry in advance

I know that you loathe these questions, but I have checked the wheel sizing/fitment thread and I cant seem to figure this.
Okay, so I have the burnout front and rear wide fenders and they tell me that (18x9.0j+6) is best for the fronts and (19x10.0j+6) is best for the rears.
Here's the tricky part, I like the ssr lm-9's so could you please check this link - http://www.gruppe-s.com/SSR/SSRVLM9.htm and tell me which offsets I would need.
Again I am sorry, I just want to be perfectly certain before I buy these.
Thanks, Nate

Who is "they", because "they" are full of crap.

First of all, you need an ACCURATE measurement of how much more clearance the Burnout fenders give you over stock.

My guess is that for 9" wheels up front, you will want something in the +35-ish range. For the rears, you should really stick with 18s. 18x10 would most likely be in the +30-ish range, 18x11 in the +35-ish range. But you need an ACCURATE increase in width number for us to answer your question.

For those wheels you referenced, I would look at the normal disk +37 offset in both 18x9 and 18x10. You may get away with the 18x10 +24, depending on the exact fender width, but that is really increasing the rear track.
