Coolant oil mixture pouring out of dipstick

After trying to start my J-Spec swap the oil/coolant mixture was pouring out of my down pipe... when i went to check the oil it was squriting out of the dip stick hole....also all the coolant was drained from the radiaitor...so im asking what would make my motor do that...if you are going to tell me my motor is blown, don't bother because i know, but please tell me why its doing whats its doing so i can talk to the people who sold it to me (Osaka), and get my $$$$ back. thank you

Sounds like one or more of your water seals in your engine is gone.
I may be wrong though....

If you have water up to the top of the dipstick you have blown or no coolant seals. Ask for a refund!

Also this water/oil mix is POURING out of his Downpipe... How could the oil seals AND coolant seals be that blown simultaniously, all with compression on both rotors? The other thing is that the motor had no oil in the pan when we went to change the oil in it.. It had a little water and a few oil bubbles... OSAKA JDM had better take care of my brother-in-law.. This is rediculous, there is no way they "tested" this motor, it was sealed with water in it...

We had contacted them back within the Warr. period due to the fact that they sent us a s5 motor instead of a s4.... Maybe they will do what is right...
