Stock FD 1/4 mile time at Bandimere?

Just curious about what one should run up here in stock form?
Thanks.

I went once and ran right a 14.2 with mine, it was mostly stock, not bone... just a DP/Cat. I did that before I had some issues taken care of including a new clutch & some seals that needed replacing. I must say it took a few tries as I was not used to running a full quarter mile, it was definitely fun though and would do it again! I am not a "racer" so I am sure others could do better with a stock FD, I think back in the road testing days in Motor Trend/Car & Driver it was in the 13's...I actually have the original (like 3 or 4) mags from the early 90's with the FD tested against a number of competitors and I could look it up and get back with you if interested...cheers

Paul Wooley (Master Rotary Mechanic from Gateway Mazda) has said once that he believed to have had the fastest time at Bandimere bone stock. I'm pretty sure he ran a 14.5.

I guess it's possible if the weather was perfect and he got a killer launch....but I saw consecutive mid to high 14's at a NHRA event that he won. But after hot lapping several times in the finals, thats understandable.

It was mine, and it was actually only 104mph.

But that was a completely stock 95, with a cooler full of soda and ice in the hatch.

A friend jumped it into a creek bed and totaled it.
TurboJeff had it for awhile in WA, and then sold it a couple years ago on the forum.
