Anyhow, offering a 2nd gen AF61R turbo kit installed for 2,400 is damn cheap. Offering a FD AF61R turbo kit installed for 2,700 is damn cheap, too.

John from turbo center (builds hubers turbos) had obne of these apart the other day. Who couldn't figure out one anything was besides the comp wheels. All he knew is that it would spool and flow like a ****. He also mentioned that it was beefier than a lot of over the road diesal turbos.

 

Glad to hear that the turbo is as beefy as Davinci says it is. And it's not because I was doubting their product, but it's always nice to hear it from an outside source.

 

Another af61R going. s4 motor, 4 inch exhaust. 14-15 spi around 3500.

Thats right, its on my car and spooled that fast just on the leading ignition. Cant wait for a full lead and trail with a kan tune.

Oooh, maybe I've finally found a turbo that'll work well for my application, seems like you have to boost the hell outta most turbos to get them into the higher efficiency ranges...any specs on compressor/exhaust housing A/R?

t-4 flange
modular center/backwall
.313 dia. shaft
compressor has 4" inlet x 3" outlet
1.0 divided turbine w/4" outlet
small "Q" trim turbine 76mm x 68mm
compressor is 61mm x 84mm rated 82% @ 18psi 64#/min.

$750 ( V-band and flange are sold seperatly for 55.00 )
