found a third ben for REAL cheap, too good to be true? anyone came accross this scam?

i found a third gen in really good shape for really cheap. i will definately buy if this deal is legitimate, but heres what the seller told me after i emailed me them about the car.

Hi,
I am glad to hear that you are interested to buy my car.The car is in perfect conditions
without any scratches or other mechanical problems.All the manuals and the original
documents are in English.It is made for US market and has US specs on it (speedometer in
miles).
The car is registered in United States and it has clear title.
Since november 2004 i started a new bussines in London,UK but unfortunately the things
didn't work the way i expected and now i really need cash because i am at one step to lose
my restaurant from here ,so i decided to sell the car.Because i wanna deal as soon as
possible i am ready to cover the shipping costs and insurance.I can't register the car in UK
because it has US emissions and that's one of the reasons i sell it so cheap,because i can't
find a buyer in my country.
You will not have to pay additional taxes,just only the price for it.You will receive your
product in 4-5 working days by FedEx or Lufthansa Air Cargo at your home address.If somethig
happens on the road , you will receive the insurance from the delivery service. As soon as
the car arrives, you will test and if it does not matches 100% to your expectations, you
will return it in max.15 days since the arrival date.
The finacial part of this deal will be managed by my Square Trade agent. I am very busy, and
they will act like a third party in this deal. They will keep the payment until you receive
the item and test it.
Anyway, I have to let you know that I want a fast deal so if you are really interested in
buying, please reply with the following information:
-Your full name;
-Your shipping address;
The final price is $ 5000 included the shipping costs.
If you agree with my above terms, I'm sure that we can close the deal as soon as possible.
Thank you for your time and interest!!!

Haha this dude isn't very good at scamming people. The US has one of the strickest emission laws in the world, if it can pass in LA it can probably pass in the "UK."

lol omg, a classic example of a "scam". Stay away from those things. In my life soo far, I've learned that "you get what you paid for". In this case, you might not get anything at all. If you want a good rx7, pay the right amont for it.

Hey I would just wait it out. You never know what is going to come your way. Look at me I have wanted an FD since 1998 but I never got one until 2005 and for a great price of $2,500 that I happend to stumble upon.

All good things come to those who wait.

I am living proof of that with my FD.

Just be patient and I bet you you will score big like I did on the car of your dreams man.

There was a similar scam on Auto-Rv several months ago on a fully modded Supra for 6K from Canada. We notified Auto -RV and they took it down.

How can you even ask if it's a scam, unless you've been living under a rock for the past few years you would see postings like this every few weeks.

I think that guy tried to sell me a '97 Supra black on black, TT, perfect, for $7900 w/ only 90K on it. He told me the car was in Texas, although he's in NY. I told him that's great, becuase I'm on the way to Texas next week for some business, and I'd love to stop by and check it out. Needless to say, he went from replying to emails within hours to never replying again
