I cant control my boost and when I can it will boost to a certain psi and bleed off. I am running a profec b boost controler and I also tried a turbo smart but I still get the same thing. I am using a hks standard wastgate but I dont have another one to swap out. What do you think it could be?????

sounds like the spring in the wastegate went south on you.
