just wondering how you go about doing this.

The car in question also has another issue and that is 1-3 gear at 3000 RPM the whole car starts to vibrate and in 4-5 at 4500 to like 6000 it starts to kinda buck and chug. any suggestions?

 

Remove the oil sending unit and screw in a mechanical gauge.

 

get an oil pressure gauge.

 

thought there might just be a way to check it.

 

Does the pressure gauge in your cluster not work?

iv tapped into the old sender or i have taped into the rear banjo on the coolent lines

 

I should probably say this isnt the actual account user. He's just letting me post on here cause i dont remember my email. dose anybody have any ideas on the vibrating and bucking thing?
